Product Description:
Film faced shuttering plywood, also known as clean water stencil, is manufactured according to GB 17656-2008. It is made of rotary cut veneers of Chinese poplar and high quality waterproof glue. It is processed at high temperature and pressure. It can be used repeatedly more than 10 times without warping or deforming due to its good water resistance. It can be widely used in various concrete structures such as high-speed trains, subways and airport ports, as well as in infrastructure projects such as shear walls, vertical wall panels, bridges, dams and tunnels, civil construction and commercial engineering. It could shorten the construction time: firstly, it is easy to demold, only one-seventh of the demolding time of steel mold; secondly, the surface is flat, which eliminates the secondary plastering process; thirdly, the good insulation performance makes winter construction favorable.
