OEM Heavy Duty Adjustable Slab Support Galvanized Steel Prop

Adjustable steel prop scaffolding are primarily used for shoring to provide temporary support during renovation or building alterations on structures suspended during construction. Typically, props are used to support an existing vertical beam during dismantling or reconstruction of supports. Posts are used when the masonry itself needs to be supported; the post is installed in the masonry joints. Shoring is then installed. Existing window or door openings can also be supported directly or with shoring. The base and top plates of the props measure 150 mm x 150 mm. This makes them ideal for vertical loads, but they may tip over if subjected to lateral forces. If possible, the props should be shored up or supported by scaffold tubes.

While struts were originally intended only for vertical support, their scope has since been expanded. Push and pull struts with swivel footings are used to support concrete forms.

Base Plate The popular types for base plate and top plate are flower plate and square plate. Common sizes are  120*120mm, 150*150mm, 140*140mm with thickness 3-8mm.

Screw Part There are two kinds of threading part. One has welding joint and the other one without welding joint, which is screwing directly on the outerside tube.

Nut Coupler Wing nut coupler is frequently used in heavy duty steel props, while the cup nut is common in light duty steel props. Usually the cup nut steel props has the tube size 48/56mm.

Smooth welding lines We have 5 auto welding lines in production, all props are welded with solid and smooth welding lines. During the in-line production process, our QC will detectthe lack of welding.
