Ringlock scaffolding is a relatively new type of scaffolding designed with prefabricated components, each manufactured to be installed at a specific location.

Ringlock, like Cuplock, is a type of modular scaffolding designed with speed of installation and ease of adaptation at the forefront.

What Is Ringlock Scaffolding?

Ringlock is becoming the most popular system, mainly because of its unique ability to handle complex geometries, providing much greater flexibility than cuplock or kwikstage setups.

K-Ring, our unbranded equivalent to Ringlock, is extremely versatile. It can be mounted for straight, curved or circular configurations for both access and support, as well as for freestanding mobile towers.

There are no loose components in the Ringlock system that can be lost or require maintenance. All components are hot-dip galvanised with a zinc coating of at least 85 microns.

Ringlock is a low maintenance scaffold as it is a fully galvanised system and repair and refurbishment is much less than that required for painted systems such as Kwikstage. Ringlock also has the ability to be quickly and easily customized as needed.

The Ringlock scaffold system is designed with a unique central arcuate connection point that allows for installation angles that other types of system scaffolds cannot achieve.

Components quickly attach to the central rosette point. It features a 4-way design with up to 8 different angles.

This type of construction gives Ringlock more flexibility than the previous system - cuplock.

Because of this unique central rosette type connection point, Ringlock can be easily and quickly installed on complex building geometries without the need for time consuming pipe and mounting racks.

Cuplock is also a robust system that many contractors and companies choose over Kwikstage because it requires less maintenance and is considered more robust than Kwikstage.
