There might be different meanings of “house” to each person. Most of people’s house are not only to get an accommodation, but also it should be called as “home”.  

Home full with dream, sweet memories, happy time.  Therefore, to build a house as a gift to your families is an important thing.

Budget:

It may be a little hard to calculate how many budget should you do, but we can follow below tips, that will help you know what’s you definitely budget.

1. How big of house do you need

2. How many members of your family

3. How many room should be prepared，which including bedroom, restroom…ect.

4. What kind of style of your house.

5. What kind of designer should be employed

Above 5 tips are only for reference, it just showed you a concept that we should to know our requirements at first, then budget will be more accurate.  

So, ask yourself and consider among with your requirements before build.

Once everything prepared, we need to purchase building materials and equipment for it.  

But, what should we purchase?

Scaffold system:

A modular scaffolding is useful to help you finish building, which you can purchase it from scaffolding companies or scaffolding supplier.  

For example, it’s a frame scaffold with jack base and ladders, different parts be formed as a modular scaffolding.

Formwork in construction also is important. It be used for cement forming to be a wall or floor.
