In fact, both cuplock scaffolding and ringlock scaffolding have been improved and upgraded, but ringlock scaffolding is more popular and recognized by customers in terms of functionality and user experience. The difference between the two can be simply summarized as follows: cuplock scaffolding is a simplified version of ringlock scaffolding, mainly because the adapter plate welded to the uprights has been changed from 8 holes to 4 holes. Remember that cuplock are used for 4 holes and ringlock are used for 8 holes.

However, cuplock scaffolding is a different type of scaffolding than ringlock scaffolding. The differences are as follows.
1. Ringlock scaffolding is the mainstream international scaffolding connection method, mainly used in European and American countries and regions. It is the upgraded product of scaffolding; cuplock scaffolding belongs to general performance scaffolding.
2. Cuplock scaffolding generally uses carbon steel (GB Q235); the main material of ringlock scaffolding are low-alloy structural steel (GB Q345B), the strength is 1.5-2 times higher than the traditional scaffolding of ordinary carbon steel pipe (GB Q235).
3. cuplock scaffolding is connected with uprights, coaxial socket connection, nodes in the frame plane; ringlock scaffolding is connected with bolts.
Ringlock scaffolding is obviously more scientific. Reasonable node design can make the force transmission of each member through the center of the node. Mainly used in Europe and America, it is a scaffolding upgrade product with mature technology, solid connection, stable structure, safe and reliable. All parts are hot-dip galvanized inside and outside for anti-corrosion process, which not only improves the service life of the product, but also provides further guarantee for safety and achieves the purpose of beauty.
